TechnoCall provides an out of the box, full featured, integrated computer telephony platform for Call Centre and IVR applications including Inbound and Outbound call handling, Supervisor functionality, Call recording, Call Routing , Logging and many other functions. The main focus of the design is to enable the clients to create their own business flows using it's graphical flow editor and to palce them in control of the call centre's functionality. The system is primarily used in banks and has interfaces to a number of payment systems such as B24, Postillion, Unisys GWB, Felxcube and others.
