Responsibilities
:
- Provide product & network support to customers in the telecom industry
- Analyze and handling of cases in complex systems
- Protocol analysis (ISUP, M3UA, SIP, MGCP)
- Solving system Complex (HW & SW) issues (Solaris, Linux, Windows)
- Performing upgrades for customer’s system EMEA region, at site and remotely
Requirements
:
- Knowledge and experience in VOIP protocols and products
- Experience in technical support
- English at a High Level (Verbal & Written)
- High Ambition and self-learning
- Experience in system ( Linux/Unix/Solaris) – Advantage
- Knowledge and experience in IP networking (L2/L3) - Advantage
- B.Sc. Software Engineering or similar - Advantage
