Molo, Pharos AvantGard and StreamWIDE have deployed network-based, market-tested communications solutions built on Dialogic technology

Cape Town, South Africa – November 1, 2011Dialogic Inc. (NASDAQ: DLGC), a leading provider of communications technologies that power advanced networks, announced that it will recognize its partners, who are participating in Dialogic’s booth at the AfricaCom show on November 9-10, as part of Dialogic’s recently launched Solution Showcase. The Solution Showcase highlights innovative communication partners and features solutions such as value-added services and mobile communications platforms, all of which are built on Dialogic® technology.

Dialogic’s Solution Showcase was created to acknowledge its partners’ communications solutions which have been market-tested and are generating revenue for service providers and enterprises around the world.  Each solution is recognized for its innovative nature as well as its demonstrated reliability, ease of deployment and scalability.  Among the many partners featured in the showcase, Molo, Pharos AvantGard and StreamWIDE are three that are making an impact on the way technology is used in the African marketplace, and elsewhere.

Molo creates turn-key solutions for clients with specific telecommunications requirements. The company has deployed a universal Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform for one of the major African mobile operators using Dialogic® media software and Signaling Interface Units. Designed with high call volumes in mind, Molo’s IVR system handles thousands of concurrent calls, and is fully scalable according to demand.

Pharos AvantGard’s mobile health application, mNURSE, uses both USSD and SMS platforms to monitor and manage treatment regimens.  For example, patients following a specific treatment regimen (e.g., such as Antiretroviral (ARV) therapy for HIV/AIDS) can register their regimen, follow their own schedule, and receive notifications if they do not update their intake.  The application also allows for monitoring of patients by third parties to facilitate early intervention through notifications and logging of data and trends.

StreamWIDE provides value-added telephony services which enable legacy system replacement, as well as service launches in the areas of voice messaging, virtual number, multi-SIM and reachability management services, automatic call distribution, ringback tones and IVR.  This enables service providers to build attractive telephony offers, develop customer loyalty, promote high recharging rates, and analyze offer success rates and ROI.

“Our partners are building revenue-generating applications on top of our core technology, and we are excited to showcase them to the African region,” said James Besley, vice president of sales, EMEA at Dialogic. “We look forward to expanding our Solution Showcase within the African market – and across the globe – as additional partners deploy solutions that are built on Dialogic® technology.”

Dialogic, Molo, Pharos AvantGard and StreamWIDE will exhibit at Stand B37 on November 9 – 10 at the Cape Town International Convention Center.

Additionally, Apliman Technologies, Comviva, Crealog, Jinny Software, Kirusa and Seamless, also part of Dialogic’s Solution Showcase, will be at the AfricaCom show. For more information about their innovation solutions built on Dialogic technology, visit http://www.dialogic.com/en/showcase.aspx.
