Dialogic will host a webinar for carriers to learn about monetizing mobile video through validating mobile video quality. As consumers pay higher prices to enjoy higher quality video, the ability to measure and track the quality of a specific piece of video content as it moves through the network will be a key component of the monetization strategy for many carriers.


Most of today's methods for measuring video quality often rely on measuring network conditions; but this is considered a highly inaccurate and unreliable way of determining what the viewer actually sees. Operators today need to be able to analyze the video stream itself in order to confirm the perceptual quality for a specific piece of video content. Once an operator can validate a user's quality of experience, they can increase revenue through offers such as tiered services, subscriptions, or pay-per-view services.
