The Second Annual Innovator Challenge was launched in April 2010 and will be open for entries until August 31, 2010. Three prize winners will be chosen by a panel of judges from North and Latin America, Europe and Asia, and will receive cash prizes of USD 10,000 (overall winner), 5,000 (first runner up) and 2,500 (second runner up). Those who receive cash prizes will also have their application publicized by Dialogic.

Developers who are interested in participating in the Challenge can download software free of charge, including the Dialogic® IP Media Server, Dialogic® Host Media Processing Software and the DiaStarTM Server to help develop their innovative mobile video applications. Registrants also will have access to a developer network for creating and testing their video applications, as well as to training courses to gain proficiency in evaluating, developing and deploying mobile video solutions.

In order to submit an entry for the Challenge, application developers will need to join the Innovator Challenge Group and upload a video of their application at http://www.dialogic.com/innovator. Complete contest rules and details can be found here.

The winner and runners-up will be announced the week of September 28th.
