Job Title : Service Engineer Tier 2

Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Petach Tikva

Reports to : Manager Maintenance Services, EMEA

Responsibilities :

  • Provide product & network support to customers in the telecom industry 
  • Analyze and handling of cases in complex systems  
  • Protocol analysis (ISUP, M3UA, SIP, MGCP) 
  • Solving system Complex (HW & SW) issues (Solaris, Linux, Windows) 
  • Performing upgrades for customer’s system EMEA region, at site and remotely 

Requirements :

  • Knowledge and experience in VOIP protocols and products  
  • Experience in technical support  
  • English at a High Level (Verbal & Written)  
  • High Ambition and self-learning  
  • Experience in system ( Linux/Unix/Solaris) – Advantage 
  • Knowledge and experience in IP networking (L2/L3) - Advantage 
  • B.Sc. Software Engineering or similar - Advantage
