New Orchestration Platform as a Service enables agile integration of telecom and digital solutions into differentiated consumer and enterprise applications
Parsippany, NJ (Febuary 21, 2018) - Dialogic, a cloud-optimized applications and virtualized infrastructure solutions provider, announced today the release of DialogicONE™, a new orchestration and integration platform enabling customers to accelerate deployment of unique applications in the cloud, on-premises, or in hybrid environments.
“Dialogic has been delivering integration into IMS, 4G, and other networks, while also delivering one-of-a–kind, value-add applications to Tier 1 service providers utilizing DialogicONE as a platform,” stated Peter Kuciak, Global Vice President Applications and Solutions and lead strategist behind DialogicONE. “By leveraging new IoT, AI, and VAS services and integrating them into their networks, service providers can gain tremendous benefits versus what OTTs and alternative providers are doing. In my nearly 30 years of experience in telecom and communications software, this is one of the most exciting products I have been involved with. User experience is a key ingredient for engagement, and DialogicONE enables that for service providers as a way to differentiate their offerings,” added Kuciak.
Some of the major highlights of DialogicONE include:
- Leverage existing network assets and investments including IMS for new user experiences
- Accelerate design, proof-of-concept, pilot, and production cycles for new applications
- Flexibility in deployment architecture - cloud, on-premises, or hybrid
- Integration of fragmented, next-generation technologies
- Enhance conversational digital engagement
“We are extremely excited to launch DialogicONE into the rapidly growing application integration middleware market,” said Bill Crank, President & CEO of Dialogic. “Today IoT, AI, and VAS are often deployed in silos. What sets DialogicONE apart is the ability to leverage the billions invested in existing customer networks and integrate these silos while creating an improved user experience, allowing service providers to not only compete with the OTTs, but also beat them.”
“Historically, service providers didn’t want to have discussions about attrition, just about ARPU and OPEX savings,” continued Crank. “But it is a new day with more formidable competitors taking their customers’ mindshare and potentially incremental revenue. DialogicONE can provide our service providers value by helping with subscriber attrition and increased ARPU, while potentially reducing OPEX as well. It is a very powerful platform that complements our long-term software and cloud-based strategies.”
By taking advantage of DialogicONE and leveraging its benefits, service providers can achieve unique applications, better quality of service, and generate new revenue streams and customer stickiness.
